I Got To Tell You Something 58: Wish you were here
Posted Sunday, February 04, 2007 3:03:30 PM by Blog57 Team
Wow. Was it a long time or what? I know, I havent written in so long its no funny anymore. I hate myself I really do. I remember a while back I used to look at Main Pagers who didnt post frequently thinking that these guys didnt understand the chance they had. They could talk directly to thousands and thousands of wrestling fans. Now that I am in that very same position, I understand that sometimes, life can get in the way. Other priorities can come up and stuff just gets reported to the next day and so on. I am not trying to explain why I didnt write all that time. I wanted to, but couldnt for various reasons. Only one of them was a total blank page blocking. But recently Ive found back the creativity that always was my style. So you should see me back to writing full time like I use to....

Musik Cube

Musik Cube seems to resemble a lot to Foobar; even the developing phase was similar with getting the software under GPL license. But, it kept one thing in mind, 'Simplicity.' Foobar is my current favorite due to simple interface and unbeatable sound quality, but the interface cannot be customized easily, as one has to learn scripting for it. Though, I did script it to suit my needs, majority of people can't. This is where Musik Cube steps in. Those who are already familiar with Foobar will immediately get used to the player since it has a very similar styling. First look itself will explain you the whole player, since it has a very clean interface. Now, the fun part begins. Almost every field can be resized, so you can obtain a vast array of looks within the same UI....

More than 500 movies-on-demand and 30 Teleclub channels will also be featured with the new service that faced multiple delays. The Bluewin TV service will cost users 29 Swiss francs (~$23.30) per month. Analysts say the Swisscom package offers more channels and features than offerings from rival Swiss telecom companies. Bluewin should also keep Swisscom competitive with other rivals. The service was originally scheduled to launch in 2005, but was delayed due to a number of technical issues....

Posted Thursday, November 09, 2006 1:34:56 PM by Blog57 Team
Playing music on a PC is like using a Swiss army knife to carve a steak. Nonetheless, millions do it, so the need for decent multimedia speakers is as real as that pain in your wrist. Logitech steps up to the plate with the Z-10 Interactive Speaker System. The Z-10 works with your PC but also declares independence from it. First, it uses a USB connection to bypass your commodity-priced computer's piece-of-junk soundcard, substituting its own digital-to-analog circuit. And — your wrist will like this — it supplements your music software's controls with touch-sensitive buttons set into a backlit amber liquid-crystal display. ....
